How we work together
Our work is both reflective and experiential.
A conversation may uncover a belief you've carried for years. Your body may reveal why that belief has felt so difficult to change. A breathing practice, visualization, or moment of embodied awareness may create enough safety to experiment with something different. Reflection then helps integrate that experience into your everyday life.
Over time, insight becomes practice.
Practice becomes experience.
Experience becomes a new way of relating to yourself.
And from that place, your choices begin to reflect not who you think you should be, but who you genuinely are.

-
Personalized support for individuals navigating transitions, uncertainty, or the desire to live more intentionally and in greater alignment with themselves.
Our work together is shaped by what feels most relevant in your life—not a predetermined curriculum. Whether you're navigating a career decision, redefining success, exploring identity, moving through a life transition, strengthening relationships, or simply sensing that something isn't quite fitting anymore, our sessions create space to slow down, make sense of what's emerging, and move forward with greater clarity.
Through a blend of reflective conversation and body-oriented practices, we'll explore both what you're thinking and what your body may already know. My role isn't to offer answers or tell you what to do—it's to help you hear yourself more clearly, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and translate insight into meaningful action.
-
Thoughtfully designed spaces to explore the themes at the heart of The Accompaniment Practice in community.
Whether through a multi-week series, workshop, or experiential gathering, each offering blends learning, reflective conversation, nervous system awareness, and embodied practices. Together, we'll explore topics like identity, purpose, success, self-trust, relationships, and living in greater alignment—not by searching for the "right" answers, but by creating space to ask better questions, deepen self-awareness, and experiment with new ways of relating to ourselves.
There is something uniquely powerful about hearing someone else put words to an experience you've quietly carried on your own. Group experiences invite not only personal insight, but the reminder that we're often far less alone than we think. As we listen, reflect, and learn alongside one another, we begin to recognize our shared humanity while discovering that each of us holds a different piece of the puzzle.
Every experience is intentionally kept small to encourage meaningful conversation, genuine connection, and the opportunity to learn not only from your own journey, but from the perspectives and stories of others.
-
An invitation to experience your body not as something to fix, train, or push—but as something to listen to.
These guided movement experiences weave together gentle movement, breath, nervous system awareness, music, and embodied exploration to help you reconnect with yourself through direct experience. Rather than focusing on performance or perfect form, the emphasis is on curiosity: noticing what feels supportive, what feels challenging, and what your body might be communicating beneath the surface.
Each class offers an opportunity to step out of the constant pace of everyday life and into a slower conversation with yourself. Through intentional movement and guided reflection, we'll explore how stress, emotion, and life experiences live in the body while creating space for greater ease, expression, and connection.
No prior movement experience is necessary. You'll always be invited—not expected—to participate in ways that feel supportive for your body. My role is not to teach you the "right" way to move, but to create the conditions for you to discover what movement feels like from the inside out.
Whether you join as a complement to 1:1 accompaniment or simply because you're longing to reconnect with yourself in a different way, these experiences are designed to leave you feeling more present, more resourced, and more at home in your body.
This work isn't about giving answers - it's about asking questions that people have never been invited to ask.
See for yourself!
If nothing about your life had to be impressive, what would you spend your time doing?
If no one else's opinion mattered, what decision would become obvious?
What if the thing you're searching for isn't certainty, but permission?
If you woke up tomorrow having achieved everything you thought you wanted, who would you be without the chase?
What are you still trying to earn?
What if nothing about you needed fixing for your life to begin?
Whose definition of success are you living inside?
When do you feel most like yourself?
What are you making your body carry that your mind refuses to acknowledge?
If your body had a vote in this decision, what would it say?
